Chiefs, Harrison Butker Agree Upon $20M Extension

The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to a five-year contract extension with kicker Harrison Butker worth $20 million, according to a source.

The $4 million annual average on the extension would tie him for eighth among the league's highest-paid kickers.

Butker, 23, has made 62 of 69 field goal attempts since joining the Chiefs.

His 90 percent success rate is ninth best in the league for kickers with at least 10 attempts.

Kyle Rudolph has agreed to terms on a four-year, $36 million extension with the Minnesota Vikings, according to a source.

The tight end is expected to sign the new deal on Tuesday.

Rudolph could remain with the Vikings through the 2023 season.

The San Francisco 49ers announced on Wednesday that Joe Staley has signed a two-year contract extension.

The extension would take Staley, 34, through the 2021 season.

As the longest-tenured Niner, he has started 174 regular-season games and eight postseason contests.
